Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement discussion with bank business team to identify business requirement
• Technical requirement discussion related to system integration and performance
• Perform feasibility study for complex requirements
• Perform impact analysis for complex requirements
• Leading technical discussions with bank architects to do solution design
• Testing of developed solution and demonstration to client.
• Managing a team of 2-8 talents
• Provide guidance to the team
• Good communication skill (oral and written) . Knowledge of local language would be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Java, J2EE Technologies
• Good knowledge of Oracle database from J2EE development perspective
• UX Technologies
• Angular JS
• Good knowledge of application servers like Jboss & WebLogic
• Development of UI in Polymer JS and development of Rest API as per bank's requirement.
• Automate build set up using Jenkins tools and source control maintenance using GitHuB
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile life cycles
• Knowledge of US banking practices would be an additional advantage.
