Java Developer

Key Responsibilities :
- Backend Engineering : Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and peak performance.
- API Integration : Create and implement RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication across system components and third-party services.
- System Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks, enhance legacy code, and implement solutions for long-term system efficiency and scalability.
- Agile Collaboration : Engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality code.
- Code Excellence : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices. Contribute to comprehensive testing and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Continuous Innovation : Stay at the cutting edge by exploring and integrating new Java frameworks, libraries, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Proven Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a deep understanding of backend system architecture.
- Core Competencies : Advanced proficiency in Java, with extensive knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful API development. Strong command of relational databases and SQL.
- Frontend Expertise : 3+ years of experience with Angular, as modern frontend integration is key to effective full-stack development.
- Agile Methodology : Solid experience in Agile workflows, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Spanish , capable of navigating bilingual communication within diverse teams.
- Version Control Expertise : Proficiency in Git or other version control systems for streamlined collaboration and code management.
- Problem-Solving Acumen : Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Cloud & Containerization : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- CI/CD Practices : Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD) to facilitate efficient development and deployment cycles.
