Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Context:
The Regul team is located in the Healthcare department and is responsible for a number of applications that make the necessary regularizations of the medical invoices and certificates of our 5 million members. This is a core function within our legal obligation of paying our members correctly
Enjeu/bet :
The developer/functional analyst will be responsible for the technical and functional support of the agile scrum team. This includes the daily follow-up and maintenance of the applications as well as the further development and expansion and also the necessary functional analyses to supplement the user stories.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for implementing the User Stories and maintaining and managing the applications.
- You support the business analysts and the Product owner in the functional development of the user stories.
- You also create your own technical stories
- During development, you have to work closely with the business, analysts and testers to ensure that the functionalities are implemented and tested correctly
- You are well aware of the most recent developments in the field of AI (Agentic AI) and you can also use these Knowledge/tools to accelerate your development work and your analysis work.
Tasks and deliverables/Taken as deliverables:
- You communicate efficiently with the various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, developers) so that they perfectly understand the priorities and status of the tasks.
- You ensure that your code is fully covered with unit tests
- You are able to make technical improvement proposals and defend them within the team and architects.
- You support the tester in automating functional tests (Cucumber).
- You analyze integrations with other parties and systems.
- You are able to work out the technical design based on a functional analysis.
- You will work together with infrastructure employees to install the applications and monitor their operation.
- You document your software thoroughly, without getting bogged down in details.
- You supplement the user stories with a functional analysis
Profile
- You have a thorough knowledge of UML, SQL, JEE 7 & Java 8, Oracle SQL, Eclipselink, SOAP, REST, JMS, rich GUIs (Vaadin), Quarkus
- You have experience in the development and application maintenance of enterprise-class systems.
- You have experience in setting up and managing pipelines in Jenkins
- You have experience in deploying and rollout applications in Openshift
- You have notions of concepts such as Microservices, BCE principles, docker containers.
- You have experience in Agile methodologies and are willing to adapt to the operation within this framework (T-Profile)
- You are critical and have good analytical and synthesis skills
- You can work independently and, in a team,
- You have a sense of quality, accuracy and have a no-nonsense mentality
- You can work under stress with changing priorities
- You are result-oriented, proactive, dynamic, ...
