Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, product managers, and QA engineers) to understand requirements and develop software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code that follows best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adhere to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues and provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends and suggest improvements to existing software systems.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and follow Scrum principles.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Java development best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java 8 and above.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.
