- Achieve project development objectives; lead and coordinate the development team to complete all work on time and with high quality.
- Create project development plan documents, quantify tasks, and reasonably assign them to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in the architectural design and development of the system platform.
- Guide development team members in designing technical interfaces and resolve technical issues encountered during the development process.
- Track development progress and take full responsibility for the project outcomes.
- Communicate with operations & maintenance teams to assist in resolving deployment and go-live issues; optimize the existing server architecture.
- Maintain the existing system, quickly identify and resolve online/production issues.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of Java development experience.
- Proficient in socket communication; familiar with NIO programming, Netty, and related technologies.
- Familiar with Kubernetes (K8s); understand basic Kubernetes concepts and architecture, master high-availability design principles in Kubernetes; proficient in using Docker containers and understand the relationship between Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming with a solid Java foundation; understand Java runtime principles; familiar with JVM, web development, distributed transaction processing, distributed file systems, caching, message middleware (e.g., Kafka), and related technical principles.
- Hands-on experience with mainstream open-source frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring, Spring Boot, Dubbo, Kafka, Zookeeper, MyBatis, Redis, etc. Deep understanding of the source code of these open-source frameworks is a strong plus.
- Familiar with ClickHouse data warehouse and report/dashboard development.
- Experience in developing trading systems / financial transaction systems is preferred.
