THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Java Developer an international project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Design, develop, and maintain Java based backend services and components for the Orion platform
• Contribute to the delivery of core and transversal features, as well as entity specific requirements
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Proactively identify technical improvements to enhance performance, security, and maintainability
• Support deployment activities and contribute to production stability when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience in Java (8+) and Spring / Spring Boot
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend service design
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Good understanding of non functional requirements: performance, security, scalability
• Experience in banking or financial services, ideally in Front Office or risk related systems is a plus
• Exposure to microservices architectures is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a nice to have
• Knowledge of messaging systems or event driven architectures is a nice to have
• Fluency in English
