Contribute to the organization's business initiatives by supporting team members with the following activities: Within the first 3 months, design, prototype, implement and deploy one or more core platform services. Develop an early understanding of the product, documenting design and code details and participating in peer code reviews. Write maintainable code with extensive test coverage, working in a professional software engineering environment Collaborate across the company to define, design and build new features. Tackle complex problems in distributed computing, performance and more. Skills and Experience
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong background in
networking, operating systems, and security Minimum of 1
years of
engineering experience with Java and overall software development experience Knowledge of (UIT)
unit and integration testing methodologies Highly motivated with good communications and organization skills Experienced working with traditional
RDBMS databases Experienced at contributing to
OpenSource
software projects Experienced working with
PostgreSQL Nice to Haves
Experience with
GWT (Google Web Toolkit) Experience with

(A build/project management tool)
and GIT
