• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA
• Good knowledge of multithreading and concurrency

Kafka Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience in:
  • Kafka Producers & Consumers
  • Kafka Streams
  • Topic management & partitioning
  • Consumer groups & offset handling
  • Event-driven architecture
  • Message serialization (Avro/JSON/Protobuf)
• Experience with Kafka monitoring tools
• Understanding of scalability and fault tolerance

Database

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
• SQL query optimization

DevOps & Tools

• Git, Maven, Gradle
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Jenkins / CI-CD
• Redis / Caching
• ELK / Grafana / Prometheus (preferred)
