Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Java and Spring MVC to meet business requirements.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices and conducting regular code reviews.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance of software products.
- Document software designs technical specifications and user guides for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in regular team meetings and discussions to align on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Spring Boot Java and Spring MVC is required.
- Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus enhancing the ability to deliver domain-specific solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
