Role Description:

Develop new and maintain/adapt/improve existing IT applications on demand of the business by

programming independently in a stipulated programming language on one hand and to support projects

on the other hand and to collaborate in a team.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Contribute to and validate functional analysis and specifications

Realize IT projects, conduct code reviews, follow release management

Develop or adapt programs in line with standards

Test developments before user testing

Document realizations

Maintain and improve applications

Handle tickets and correct bugs

Analyze root causes and propose solutions

Maintain documentation

Support business users

Define and measure availability levels

Elaborate support procedures and reporting

Collaborate with IT and business teams

Report status and contribute to meetings

Participate in permanences when required
