- - Work closely with architects to create and implement new system designs as well as make improvements to existing systems
- - Leading team members in application design, call flow design, peer code reviews, and application support to resolve production related issues.
- - Leading development teams in using the Nuance Development Framework and for staying current with development methodologies, tools, and practices.
- - Mentoring team members and adhere to technical direction, standards (security and compliance), coding guidelines, and, development methodology
- - Driving application team adherence to all established methodologies, standards, and guidelines
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required. MS preferred
