About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise application development, microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

6+ years of strong Full Stack development experience.
Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
Strong experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, SQL, and RDBMS databases, preferably Oracle.
Experience developing scalable multi-tier web applications.
Experience working with MongoDB and/or Oracle databases.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Ability to develop and maintain Shell Scripts and Batch Programs.
Strong understanding of code quality, performance optimization, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Kafka, MQ, Autosys, NDM, and SFTP.
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade multi-tier web applications.
Develop backend services using MongoDB and Oracle databases.
Build and deploy scalable microservices-based applications.
Write shell scripts and batch programs to support automation and operational activities.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality standards.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor and guide development teams on application architecture, data modeling, SDK development, and API design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
