JD : We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Technical Specialist with at least 5 years of overall experience to join our team. The ideal candidate brings backend development expertise, hands-on API integration experience, and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues in cross-functional environments. Key Qualifications & Requirements Professional Experience: 5 years of relevant industry experience in software engineering or technical operations. Core Programming: 3+ years of hands-on coding experience in backend technologies like Java, C#, Python or C++ etc. Data Interchange: Proven proficiency working with JSON (data parsing, manipulation, and schema handling). Database Fundamentals: Practical familiarity with SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation. APIs & Tooling: Practical experience or familiarity with API integration and testing using tools such as Postman, Fiddler, or similar network inspection software. Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic, debugging, and operational troubleshooting skills across system components. Collaboration & Soft Skills Autonomous Execution: Ability to take ownership, drive tasks forward, and operate independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Business) to align on requirements and deliver results. Proactive Communication: A clear and proactive communicator who actively resolves ambiguities, drives operational clarity across departments and keeps stakeholders aligned. Nice-to-Have Requirements Web Technologies & Networking: Understanding of HTTP protocols (request/response lifecycles, headers, status codes, and REST architecture)
