We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Java Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust software solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features based on business requirements using the EIS platform
- Provide support and maintenance for systems currently in production to ensure stability and performance
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and refine requirements and understand business needs
- Write automated tests to validate the functionality and quality of delivered features
- Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Follow best practices and development standards to deliver high-quality code
- Help onboard new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing through internal platforms
- Play an active role in all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure team success
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer
- Strong understanding of Java Core (15 or higher)
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, and unit testing frameworks
- Familiarity with REST APIs and a solid understanding of the HTTP protocol
- Knowledge of design patterns such as Facade, Command, and CQS
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies for software development
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, Docker Compose, rxJava 2, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture and microservices, as well as experience with messaging solutions like Kafka
- Proficiency in Brazilian and Portuguese
