Required Skills

• Strong handson experience with Java 8/11/17 .
• Expertise in Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Spring Data JPA , and REST APIs.
• Experience building microservices  using Spring Cloud or similar frameworks.
• AWS experience with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway , etc.
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git , Maven/Gradle , Docker , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ  (added advantage).

Japanese Language Skills

• JLPT N5 certification  (mandatory).
• Ability to read, write, and speak  basic Japanese.
• Comfortable with basic business communication (emails, small meetings).
• Understanding of basic Japanese vocabulary and grammar.
