We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Java Developer Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using API Development Typescript Java React AWS Postgress Node Github (nice to have).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Design and implement scalable and robust backend services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure that all solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Required Skills :- Must have strong experience with API Development Typescript Java React AWS Postgress Node Github (nice to have).
- Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Should have strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus.
- Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be proactive in identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
- Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with remote and on-site team members.
- Should have a passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact on society.
