Job Title: Java Developer Lead
Location: New York, NY
Work Model: 4 Days Onsite (During the transition period, 5 days onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, and Payments Domain. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale payment applications.
Experience Required- 10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience in the Payments Domain, including ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022, Card Payments, and Merchant Payments.
- Experience with Kafka, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of payment security, compliance, scalability, and high availability.
- Experience leading Agile teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and high availability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
