What You'll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and empower a team of talented Java developers. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support high-performing delivery teams. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and code review expertise. Build Exceptional Solutions Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications. Deliver end-to-end customer solutions, including user interfaces, SQL data models, and business logic. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business needs. Provide hands-on development and technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle. Drive Architecture and Integration Design and implement integrations with external systems, APIs, web services, and third-party platforms. Lead solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Ensure seamless interoperability across multiple business systems. Champion Quality and Performance Oversee testing strategies, code quality, CI/CD processes, and delivery standards. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimisation strategies.
