Mandatory Requirements
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience in Python development for AI/ML applications.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI agents.
- Experience in integrating LLMs with enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered solutions using Python and modern GenAI frameworks.
- Develop RESTful services and microservices-based architectures.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector search solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Must be willing to work 3D WFO from Pune or Chennai locations.
