Senior Java Developer - Low-Latency Trading (Hybrid London)

Nomura is recruiting a senior Java Developer for the Crossing Technology team in London. You will develop, maintain and improve Instinet’s Crossing Systems including BlockMatch MTF and CBX applications, contributing to core trading systems' technical direction. You will work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, design for performance, own the full software lifecycle, and provide second‑line support during UK/US hours, with occasional extended hours.
