Cursor AI or similar AI coding tools to enhance productivity and must possess excellent communication skills. Hybrid role in Bethesda, MD (3 days onsite).

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Java
- Hands-on expertise in Microservices Architecture
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA
- Knowledge of Spring WebFlux
- Experience using Cursor AI or AI-assisted development tools
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills (9.5/10 required)
