- Assist to identify business needs and recommend technical solutions to fulfill business needs
- Perform design, and prepare specifications, data flow diagram, sequence diagrams and manuals
- Work with development team for application development, conduct quality assurance and ensure the deliverable meet the requirement
- Perform implementation activities before production roll out
- Co‑ordinate the co‑partners to identify ways to improve production services and mitigate the risks
