We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience building high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems. This role focuses on designing and developing low-latency, highly available applications using modern Java frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions, optimize system performance, and drive best practices in software engineering.
Must-Have Requirements (Mandatory)
*Advanced English
* 6+ years of experience in Java backend development
* Strong expertise in Java (core + advanced concepts)
* Hands-on experience with:
* Spring Boot
*Quarkus
* Microservices architecture
* Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native services
* Deep understanding of:
* Multithreading, concurrency, and virtual threads
* Building highly optimized and performant applications
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
* Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration
Nice to Have
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.)
* Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
