Job Title: Sr. Java Software Engineer / Lead

Duration: 6+ Months – Extension Possible

Location: Cary, NC (3 Days/Week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer / Lead with strong experience in AWS Cloud and full-stack enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have expertise across frontend, middle-tier, and backend technologies, along with proven technical leadership experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Struts
• Frontend development using Angular (any version)
• Experience with Middle-tier technologies including MDB, MDP, Broker, Service Bus, MQ, Tomcat, and Amazon MQ
• Strong AWS experience with services such as S3, CloudFront, Lambda, ELB, SNS, SQS, Route 53, Aurora, etc.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS

Preferred:

• Lead-level experience managing technical initiatives
• AWS Developer or AWS Solutions Architect certification
• Experience in the Rail Industry
