The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable and high-performance applications using Java and modern microservices architecture. The candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, be familiar with CI/CD practices, and be comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity and software quality.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies. Build and support scalable microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot. Develop and optimize data access layers using Hibernate and JPA. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in application design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while ensuring high performance and reliability. Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated build, deployment, and testing processes. Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, code review, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvements. Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies and industry best practices.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development. Strong programming experience in Java. Hands-on experience with: Spring Boot Microservices Architecture Hibernate JPA (Java Persistence API) Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). Experience with version control systems such as Git.Analytical Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality software. AI & Modern Development Practices Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, testing, and software delivery.Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate ORM.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hibernate ORM.- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.- Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within distributed systems.
