Java Developer - (Spring Boot / Vue.js)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands – Hybrid

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong Vue.js expertise to develop and maintain scalable web applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience across Java/Spring Boot backend and Vue.js frontend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and Vue.js.
- Design and develop REST APIs and Microservices.
- Build responsive frontend components using Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Develop business logic and data-access layers using Spring Data JPA.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle databases and optimise SQL queries.
- Implement security using Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT.
- Develop unit/integration tests using JUnit, Mockito and Jest/Vitest.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in code reviews.
- Work with Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI and DevOps teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Java 8/11/17+
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- Vue.js 2/3 – strong hands-on experience
