Job Description
Together with your squad you are responsible for changing and running the Java solutions using the latest technologies. This requires a specific and challenging mind-set, the ability and willingness to have responsibility for the full development process, from requirements to the (continuous) delivery pipeline, up to running in the production environment. You do not only focus on realising business requirements but also take operational and continuous delivery requirements into account, such as security, maintainability and test automation. As the most senior developer of your squad you are used to taking the lead, giving feedback and continuously look for the best solution.

- Maintain and update a service mesh with your team and others, ensuring smart and scalable management of dependencies.
- Prevent and resolve production incidents quickly, matching our service level agreements.
- Take ownership of our product, showing care for its continuous status and improvement.

You & your talent
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant direction (B ICT).
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience with Java software engineering.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience with Java Spring Boot.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of working with cloud technologies and microservices in Azure/AWS (preferably AWS).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile Way of Working (Scrum/Kanban).
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience with Kubernetes and Linux.
- Experience with DevOps (Azure Pipelines).
- Practical experience with event driven architecture
- Be an self-initiator. Take action yourself pro-actively and go out explore with your fellow engineers
