Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to join our Financial Services technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications supporting critical banking and financial systems. The candidate should possess strong experience in Java, Microservices, Cloud-native development, API integrations, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging GCP services.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka or Pub/Sub messaging platforms.
- Develop scalable data-processing solutions using GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best development practices.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
