We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with Test Data Management (TDM) experience to design, develop, and automate scalable test data solutions across enterprise testing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development skills, experience with TDM frameworks and tools, database expertise, and exposure to cloud-native data platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop modular, scalable Test Data Management frameworks using tools such as Broadcom TDM, GenRocket, Delphix, and K2
- Develop synthetic test data generation strategies to support functional, integration, performance, and automated testing
- Establish and implement data subsetting, masking, anonymization, and privacy policies
- Integrate Test Data Management solutions with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop automated data provisioning workflows across multiple environments, including ephemeral and containerized environments
- Automate test data refresh, rollback, cloning, versioning, and lifecycle management
- Develop Java-based utilities and automation solutions for test data provisioning and management
- Create scripts and automation using Java, Python, and Shell scripting
- Work with relational and non-relational databases to support test data requirements
- Integrate TDM processes with DevOps and CI/CD tools to improve deployment and testing efficiency
- Support cloud-based data environments and platforms such as AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and GCP BigQuery
- Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, data engineering, and security teams to define test data requirements
- Ensure test data solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and data governance standards
- Troubleshoot data provisioning, masking, refresh, and environment synchronization issues
- Document TDM frameworks, workflows, automation processes, and operational procedures
- Strong experience in Java development with enterprise application environments
- Hands-on experience with Test Data Management (TDM) concepts, frameworks, and automation
- Experience with one or more TDM tools such as Broadcom TDM, GenRocket, Delphix, or K2
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Java, Python, and/or Shell
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience integrating automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of test automation, data provisioning, data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation
- Experience with cloud-native data platforms such as AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP BigQuery
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multiple TDM platforms including Broadcom TDM, GenRocket, Delphix, and K2
- Experience with containerized or ephemeral testing environments
- Knowledge of automated data refresh, rollback, cloning, and version control
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of data privacy, masking, anonymization, and governance practices
- Certifications in data privacy, cloud platforms, or Test Data Management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
