Experience leading development teams, conducting design reviews, and providing technical guidance to engineers. Responsible for project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance. Ability to bridge business and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable delivery plans. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and driving successful program execution. Strong client-facing, leadership, and executive communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations.
12+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE development and enterprise application delivery.
