Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead enterprise-scale website initiatives using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Maven.
Hybrid work model. Candidates can be in Calgary or Edmonton.
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Maven supporting enterprise-scale websites
- Adobe Experience Manager certification
- AEM DevOps, deployment, and build troubleshooting
- Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, Java, and Maven for AEM component development
Nice to Have
- REACT experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery
- Wireframing AEM components and features
- Experience working with outsourced vendors and cross-functional teams
- DevOps experience
Responsibilities
- Lead AEM development across cross-functional initiatives
- Define and maintain the AEM product and application roadmap
- Optimize Digital Asset Management and Content Management platform performance and stability
- Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases with AMS teams and vendors
- Lead end-to-end business requirements management for AEM initiatives
- Produce and maintain functional and solution design artifacts
- Support testing activities including system integration and user acceptance testing
