About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design and develop high-performance, low-latency trading platforms supporting real-time execution algorithms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, distributed microservices, cloud technologies, and capital markets while building scalable solutions that meet strict performance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Required
- 8+ years of Java development experience.
- Core Java (Java 17+).
- Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Microservices Architecture.
- AWS Cloud Services.
- Apache Kafka, Solace, or Aeron messaging.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Multithreading, Concurrency, and Java Memory Model.
- SQL, NoSQL, Redis, or Hazelcast.
- CI/CD using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Performance tuning and low-latency application development.
Skills
- Trading Platform or Capital Markets experience.
- Algorithmic Trading and Smart Order Routing (SOR).
- Order Management, Execution, Clearing, and Settlement lifecycle.
- Market Data (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3).
- Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd).
- Regulatory knowledge (MiFID II, SEC Rule 606).
- TDD/BDD and Agile development methodologies.
