Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
* 8+ years hands-on Java Development in WebSphere environment
* 3+ year leading team of 5+ developers
* 3+ year work experience in Agile Scrum team
* Core Java
* Strong J2EE in XML, JMS, JAX-WS, CXF
* Spring Framework
* Strong understanding of OOP &SOA
* Design Patterns
* Java concurrency, concurrency patterns
* Experience building thread safe code
* JUnit/Mockito, Cucumber
* Experience with IDEs such as RAD/Eclipse
* Experience building REST and SOAP web services
* Experience with MQ
* SQL/PL-SQL in DB2, MySQL
* Experience with ORM tools such as iBatis and Hibernate
* Experience with scripting and working in a Linux environment
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with tuning high volume applications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good To Have Experience with:
* Spring Boot
* Spring Cloud
* Spring Security
* Spring Batch
* Spring Web Services
* Experience working with no-SQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra
