Job Title: Java EE Developer (Oracle ADF, SOA/BPM, WebLogic) (14+ years of experience)

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience designing, developing, managing, and supporting enterprise Oracle Java (J2EE) web applications utilizing Oracle ADF, SOA/BPM, and related middleware technologies, including ADF 10g and later versions.
• Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer, responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex Java web applications, including integration with LDAP/OID and implementation of database security using VPD, PL/SQL packages, views, and triggers.
• Strong experience developing web applications using Oracle JDeveloper (9i, 10g, and higher), including configuration of Business Components (BC), data sources, and ADF security frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and guide technical teams through formal training sessions, technical demonstrations, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and one-on-one mentoring.
• Hands-on experience developing Oracle ADF applications and integrating them with Oracle BPM process-driven workflows and business process automation solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience developing secure Java-based applications that process and manage highly sensitive healthcare and confidential data while adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Strong expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining web services and enterprise applications on Oracle WebLogic Server platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
