ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Senior Java Engineer to develop and launch high-impact page architectures addressing AI-driven SEO disruptions for a large-scale job search platform. You will design and build backend services using Java and Spring, work across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to support data-driven traffic recovery initiatives, and architect conversion funnels that align organic traffic acquisition with core revenue goals. The role requires 4+ years of Java production experience with strong Spring framework depth.

- Drive organic traffic recovery initiatives, leveraging data-driven SEO strategies to reclaim market share lost to search engine AI summaries.
- Architect and optimize high-revenue conversion funnels, strategically aligning new traffic acquisition with core business growth goals and monetization priorities.
MUST HAVES
