ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to develop and launch high-impact page architectures addressing AI-driven SEO disruptions for a large-scale job search platform. You will design and build backend services using Java and Spring, work across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to support data-driven traffic recovery initiatives, and architect conversion funnels that align organic traffic acquisition with core revenue goals. The role requires 4+ years of Java production experience with strong Spring framework depth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the strategic response to AI-driven SEO disruptions by developing and launching high-impact page architectures to improve organic search rankings;
- Drive organic traffic recovery initiatives using data-driven SEO strategies to reclaim market share impacted by AI-generated search summaries;
- Architect and optimize high-revenue conversion funnels, aligning new traffic acquisition with business growth and monetization goals.
MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of experience with Java as the primary programming language ;
- Strong experience with the Spring framework ;
- Experience designing and developing APIs ;
- Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL ;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and React ;
- Familiarity with MVC patterns and dependency injection ;
- Experience with Snowflake ;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas;
- Experience with AWS.

+4 YoE in Java (primary language), strong experience with the Spring framework. API Design: Experience designing and developing APIs. Databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL.
