Job Title: Lead Java FSD Developer
Location: Columbus, OH 5 Days onsite role

Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Tech Lead who brings over 15 years of hands-on experience. We need someone well-versed in Java, including frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot, and with strong full-stack capabilities. You'll also be deeply familiar with event-driven architectures, particularly using Kafka, as well as cloud infrastructure on AWS. Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications using Java and related technologies.
Architect robust solutions that leverage Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications in a resilient and secure manner.
Guide the development team in implementing ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
Act as a technical mentor, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
Expertise in Kafka for building event-based systems.
Extensive experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Solid understanding of data pipeline concepts and tools.
Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
