Experience Level: Should have 8 to 10 years of overall experience in application development.

Key Technologies: Java, Spring Boot (must), J2EE, ReactJS, Oracle/SQLServer.

Must-Have Skills: Strong at ReactJS, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, Microservices Inter-communication, and Oracle.

Architectural & Design Principles

Good at SOLID Principles.

Good at Design Patterns and should have implementation experience.

Database Expertise (Strong Requirement)

Should be strong at DB concepts like:

DB Design, Indexes, Referential Integrity, Composite keys.

Normalization, Denormalization, and understanding why Denormalization is required.

How to Identify Duplicate records.
