We are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead cum Senior Full-Stack Java Developer who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and delivery excellence, particularly within the US Healthcare IT ecosystem . Role Overview We are seeking a JAVA Full Stack Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of our solutions used by healthcare organizations. This role requires a highly accountable engineer who takes full ownership of deliverables, leads a development team, and provides technical direction across the entire software lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted development practices , and can guide a team to build scalable, reliable software under tight delivery timelines. This individual will define architecture, enforce engineering standards, mentor developers, and implement modern development practices using AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate development and testing. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers delivering enterprise healthcare software. Take ownership of delivery commitments , ensuring features are shipped reliably and on time. Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across backend, frontend, integrations, and data layers. Conduct code reviews and pull request reviews to maintain high engineering quality. Architecture & Engineering Standards Define solution architecture and technical design patterns for the platform. Establish coding standards, architectural principles, and development guidelines . Document architecture, standards, and engineering processes using structured Cursor MD files to guide AI-assisted code generation. Ensure the team follows best practices in design patterns, anti-patterns, and maintainable code structure . AI-Driven Development Practices Implement AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as: Claude for design reasoning and architectural assistance Cursor for code generation and multi-file refactoring Translate engineering standards into structured prompts and documentation that drive high-quality AI-generated code. Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and validation pipelines to ensure the reliability of AI-generated code. Software Development Lifecycle Ownership Manage and guide the full SDLC, including: Git based development workflows CI/CD pipelines Code review practices Test automation Release management Continuously improve engineering processes to support high-velocity development without sacrificing quality . Platform Development Work hands-on across the technology stack, including: Backend Java / Spring Boot microservices API architecture and integrations Frontend Angular (current) React (future transition) Data SQL Server Data modeling and performance optimization Cloud Azure cloud infrastructure Cloud-native architecture patterns Integrations & Data Design and implement integrations using: REST APIs data pipelines event-driven systems Ensure robust data management and platform scalability. Product & UX Awareness Understand the impact of technical decisions on user experience and workflow efficiency . Provide feedback to improve usability, performance, and product workflow design .
