Java Full Stack Architecture with AI - Only W2

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Java Full Stack Architect profiles to design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong architecture expertise, hands on full stack development skills, and preferably exposure to AI/ML integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and development of scalable full stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks, microservices, and cloud native practices.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across applications.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, where applicable.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver high quality, business aligned solutions.

Must Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Front end: React.js, TypeScript, Redux
• Back end: Node.js, REST APIs, ORM frameworks
• Hands on experience with DevOps pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and integration in enterprise applications
• Tailwind CSS, Sequelize ORM, YAML pipelines, WebAssembly (WASM)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10 12 years of IT experience with at least 3 5 years in architecture roles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in distributed teams
