About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join the software development team of a leading Clinical Research organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that support clinical research operations. This role requires strong expertise in Java backend development, frontend technologies, database management, cloud fundamentals, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

* Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.

* Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and JSP.

* Write optimized SQL queries and work extensively with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

* Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

* Implement CI/CD best practices using GitHub and GitHub Actions.

* Maintain code quality through SonarQube/SonarLint.

* Support application deployment and monitoring on AWS.

* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Technical Skills

* Java 8 or above

* Hibernate

* Oracle Database (Strong SQL/query writing skills)

* PostgreSQL

* JAX-RS (RestEasy + Jackson) for REST APIs and JSON

* JSP

* React.js

* GitHub & GitHub Actions

* SonarQube / SonarLint

* AWS Basics (IAM, SNS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch)

Preferred Skills

* Experience in enterprise application development.

* Exposure to Clinical Research, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domains is an added advantage.

* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ideal Candidate

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.

* Strong understanding of backend architecture and frontend integration.

* Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Open to a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity with long-term growth potential.
