Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of hands-on software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coding skills across both backend and frontend technologies, provide technical leadership, conduct thorough code reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on quality and performance.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Perform detailed code reviews to ensure coding standards, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide junior and senior developers through technical leadership and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through design patterns, coding standards, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining high development standards.
Must have skills:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Core Java.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, collections, JVM tuning, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Proven experience leading complex Java Full Stack development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
