At least 8-10 years of experience in the following:
- Hands-on experience with modern Java versions
- Deep understanding of Spring ecosystem and annotations - Spring Boot (2.7 to latest)
- Proven experience designing scalable, decoupled systems - Microservices Architecture
- Design, implementation, and documentation of APIs - RESTful APIs
- Branching, merging, rebasing, and conflict resolution - Git
- Enforcing standards and architectural consistency - Code Reviews & Technical Guidance
- Experience in Banking & Financial Services Domain
