We are currently seeking a Java full stack developer to join our team in Pune/Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer (ReactJS)

Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in ReactJS to design and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves end-to-end development across backend microservices and modern front-end applications within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java-based backend and React-based frontend technologies

Build and deploy microservices-based architectures leveraging Spring Boot and related frameworks

Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Implement and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services ensuring high performance and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and DevOps teams

Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives for faster, reliable delivery

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in full stack development

Strong expertise in:Java, J2EE technologiesSpring, Spring Boot, and Spring IntegrationMicroservices architecture

Hands-on experience in:ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptDeveloping responsive and dynamic user interfaces

Solid understanding of:Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principlesDesign patterns and best practices

Experience with databases:MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with gRPC-based services

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on with tools such as:Git, Docker, KubernetesCode quality and defect tracking tools

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Proven ability to work as a collaborative team player

Good organizational and multitasking capability

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
