- Work Mode: Onsite (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business clients and development teams in all phases of development from solution definition to deployment.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical, and system specifications.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of multiple distributed applications.
- Contribute to 24x7 availability and scalability of the solutions.
- Analyze existing designs and interfaces and create design extensions or enhancements.
- Design and enhance UIs with a focus on the user experience.
- Test software designs and solutions, including debugging and troubleshooting.
- Promote the company’s values and set an example for team members, upholding those values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Angular/React.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer with strong analytical and programming skills.
- Relevant experience with business requirements, structured analysis, process design, UML process, and use case definition.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, TDD, BDD, and continuous integration.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of Technology and Business groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, Unit testing, Multithreading, Inversion of Control, microservices.
- Experience with GIT, Runway, Jenkins, Jira.
- Knowledge of SpringBoot Java 8 versions.
- Experience with PostgresSQL, DB2, MongoDB.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on Agile Methodology.
- Any Cloud experience is a plus, such as AWS or Azure.
