Our company is looking to hire an experienced Lead Java Full-Stack Developer to be part of our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft robust, scalable, and secure features for full-stack development
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and enhance the Agile process
- Enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows
- Manage codebase using software version control systems like GitHub
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and devise effective solutions
- Uphold software quality and performance standards
- Articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 5 years in full-stack development
- Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Spring
- Background in producing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Capability to debug complex issues with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in using software version control systems like GitHub
