Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in large scale Apps development as a Java developer
  • Hands-on experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Java 17+, Hibernate, Design patterns, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Good working knowledge of source code control tools and technologies (must-have)
  • Strong fundamentals of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Standards) Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms
  • Strong experience developing and architecting integrated solutions with non-functional requirements like scalability, high availability, consistency
  • Strong experience with API and Web Services development using REST/SOAP protocols
  • Fundamental database concepts and experience with relational database (MSSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL platforms
  • Ability and willingness to work across multiple tools, frameworks, and technology stacks
  • Fundamental understanding of and experience with cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of Standard, Enterprise Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
  • Java 17+
  • Spring Core, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  • Junit testing frameworks, Mockito
  • Oracle concepts, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Angular 15+

    Full Stack Java Developer Overview:

    Full Stack Java Developer is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications, systems analysis, and programming activities. This position utilizes knowledge of application development procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code. The role involves consulting with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommending programming solutions while installing and supporting customer exposure systems. Candidates must apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications and analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues while conducting testing and debugging. This position serves as an advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts, requiring the ability to identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgments to recommend and implement solutions. The role demands resolving issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience guided by precedents, operating with limited direct supervision, and exercising independence of judgement and autonomy. As a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members, the position appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
