Java Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications and will leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance team productivity. You will play a key role in architecting solutions that serve millions of users while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Responsibilities
Lead the development of customer-facing applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and accelerate development cycles. Architect and implement reusable and maintainable services. Collaborate with Agile teams, providing support and coaching to foster team health. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders. Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines through automation and agent integration. Mandatory Skills
5+ years of professional experience in application development. Deep proficiency in either Angular (frontend) or Java/Node.js (backend). Solid foundational knowledge in the non-primary stack. 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or OpenShift, focusing on distributed cloud applications and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Expert knowledge of Git for version control. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD practices, particularly using GitHub Actions. Proficient in using Figma for design integration. Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs and software design patterns.
