Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture & System Design
Architect distributed resilient and fault-tolerant backend ecosystems utilizing Microservices-Based Architecture and Spring Boot frameworks.
Design highly parallelized low-latency execution engines using advanced Java Multithreading Concurrency utilities and asynchronous processing models.
Establish standard design patterns microservices deployment practices and structural component libraries across front-end and back-end tiers.
2. Front-End Engineering Leadership
Define state management strategies (such as NgRx or Akita) modular design lazy loading structures and performance optimization techniques for corporate web platforms.
3. Database Engineering & Performance Optimization
Design relational database schemas optimize structured queries (SQL) and construct advanced indexing strategies.
Implement efficient data persistence mechanisms using Spring Data Hibernate and transaction management protocols.
4. Technical Team Leadership & Governance
Lead mentor and inspire a global team of Full Stack Engineers establishing an agile engineering culture focused on clean code automated unit testing and continuous optimization.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews manage technical debt and ensure adherence to international security standards (such as OWASP Top 10).
Define continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to streamline production software releases.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 12+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years operating in an explicit Technical Architect or Principal Engineer capacity.
Backend Core Stack : Deep expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Spring Cloud Spring WebFlux Reactive Streams and robust Java Multithreading.
Frontend Core Stack : Expert-level mastery of Angular TypeScript RxJS HTML5 CSS3/SASS and responsive component UI construction.
Database & Messaging : Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL Oracle or MySQL) caching systems (Redis) and event brokers (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
Architecture Paradigms : In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Event-Driven Architecture CI/CD automation Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
Soft Skills : Exceptional communication stakeholder management and team-building capability.
