We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications and will leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance team productivity. You will play a key role in architecting solutions that serve millions of users while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of customer-facing applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and accelerate development cycles.
- Architect and implement reusable and maintainable services.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, providing support and coaching to foster team health.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders.
- Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines through automation and agent integration.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
- Deep proficiency in either Angular (frontend) or Java/Node.js (backend).
- Solid foundational knowledge in the non-primary stack.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or OpenShift, focusing on distributed cloud applications and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Expert knowledge of Git for version control.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD practices, particularly using GitHub Actions.
- Proficient in using Figma for design integration.
- Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs and software design patterns.
